This listening activity involves listening to a song and filling in the gaps with the words provided in a table beforehand. Instructions: The students are given a sheet with the lyrics of the song 'Imagine' by John Lennon, but with some missing words. Additionally, the sheet includes a table with the words that they need to put in the corresponding blanks. Before playing the song, show the table to the students and explain that they need to listen carefully to the song and fill in the gaps with the correct words. Play the song once or twice, depending on the difficulty and speed of the song. Students should listen attentively and fill in the table as they listen to the song. The aim of this activity is to promote English speaking practice and to develop oral communication skills in elementary students using flashcards. Instructions: Prepare a set of flashcards with relevant vocabulary for the students about classroom objects.  There is a PDF with flashcards from the British Council. Divide the students into pairs or small groups. Make sure each group has a set of flashcards. Explain to the students that they will be playing a description game using the flashcards. The goal is to describe the image in English without directly mentioning the name of the object. In each round, one student from each pair or group takes a flashcard without showing it to the others. The student with the flashcard must describe the image in English using complete sentences and appropriate vocabulary. The aim of this activity is to f oster collaborative writing, work on c reativite and increase the e nglish practice, using PowerPoint presentations. Instructions: Divide the students into groups of 4 to 5 people. Provide to each group a predefined template for the activity. Set a theme or genre for the story, such as adventure, mystery, science fiction, or fantasy. You can provide a brief introduction or initial suggestions to inspire the students. The first group member opens the PowerPoint presentation and writes the first sentence or paragraph of the story on the initial slide.  The next group member continues on the next slide, reading what the last person wrote and adding their own contribution to the story. Rotate among the group members, with each one reading the previous slide and adding their part to the story on a new slide.
